My wife and I were introduced to South Padre Island 6 years ago. We vacationed here several times and then I mentioned moving here. She surprised me by saying she would love to. So for 2 months I worked on our house getting it ready to sell. Once I was done I contacted my cousin and told her to put it on the market. 8 short hours later the house was sold. And things got real really fast. A short time later we were moved into our new home in Los Fresnos Tx. Which is a 15 minute drive to the bay. So it was perfect for us. Right away I got my Captain's license. And it wasn't long till I started living my dream. I have been blessed that I am very busy with charters. Even when the fish aren't biting I still have the best job in the world. I get to meet new people every day and hear their stories. I am so grateful.
